No deposit = no booking. 👤 No Extra Guests Please come alone to your appointment. No additional guests, including children, unless being serviced. ⏰ Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and deposit forfeited. ❌ No-Show Policy No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service total. You will also lose your deposit and may be restricted from booking in the future. 💇🏽♀️ Come Prepared Hair must be washed, product-free, detangled and blown out before arrival. 👶🏽 Children’s Appointments Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service. Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellation Policy – Braided by Llana Marie
At Braided by Llana Marie, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We value your time and kindly ask that you value ours as well.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.
⛔ Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to pay a deposit to rebook in the future.
